Ok, for you out of Towner's you know the time and
you know the place now lets get you here...
Baltimore
Washington International aka BWI, is the place you want to fly
into. It is about a 15 minute car ride to the hotel. Most of
the major carriers fly into this airport, but I recommend checking
out flights from Southwest. BWI is there hub and they seem to
offer the cheapest flights. However, they do not fly to some
of the northern cities.

Ground
Transportation
Once you arrive at the
airport you have several options for your ground transportation to
and from the hotel.
Option "A"
Call Us !!! We have no problem coming to pick you up. However,
this will also depend on what time you fly in. Anytime before Friday
evening is no problem. After that we could try to arrange something
but your best bet might be Option "B", "C", or
"D". If you do want to have us pick you up, please
call and let us know so we can plan accordingly.
Option
"B"
The Super Shuttle is your cheapest mode of transportation (other
than us of course!). It is a blue van that holds up to 7
passengers. The Cost is $11 each way or $18 dollars
round-trip.
Super Shuttle from the
Airport:
Follow the signs for Ground Transportation to the Lower
Level and then follow signs to the Super Shuttle desk located
between bag claims 6 and 7. The ticket counter is open between
the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM. During other times please call
888-826-2700 to arrange service. There is no need to make a
reservation when taking the shuttle from the airport, however, you
will need to make a reservation to take the shuttle back from the
hotel (see instructions below).
Super
Shuttle from the Hotel:
To take the shuttle from the hotel you must first make a reservation
so they know to pick you up. Even if you purchase a round trip
ticket at the counter from the airport ! You can arrange this
pick-up either through the hotel desk or calling them directly. Keep
in mind that they need to have at least 24 hours notice prior to
pick up.

Option
"C"
Your next option is to take a Cab. The
cost of a cab to and from the airport will vary, but it will fall
around $20-$25. Out of all the Cab companies listed below, Yellow
Cab is the best. They did offer a $19 flat rate to the
airport, but I don't believe this is available from the airport.
Taxi
from the Airport:
The BWI taxi stand is located just outside the baggage claim area of
the lower level. You should see a line of taxi's or an area
designated as taxi pick-up.
Taxi to the
Airport:
Just outside the main entrance of the hotel is a designated taxi
pick-up area. The hotel said that there is always Cabs waiting there
to take you to your destination. If for some reason there are
no cabs available you can have the front desk call you one or call
any cab company listed below. Again we highly recommend Yellow
Cab.

Checker Cab 410-685-1213
Arrow Cab 410-788-8000
Sun Cab 410-235-0300
Option
"D"
Your last option is to rent a car.
Although this may seem like the easiest thing to do it is probably
going to be the most costly. The Wedding and the reception are
both within a 5 minute cab ride of each other. Roughly a $10
fare. Since the wedding is in the city you would most likely end
up paying this per day to park (additional information on the parking
garages and costs on the directions page). If you still wish to rent a
car make sure you have a map. Although Baltimore's roads are
mostly laid out on a grid system there are a lot of one-way roads that
could reek havoc on your pleasant commute !!
